The following workouts can be completed without any equipment or equipment you can make with any household items. This Workout Program is comprised of videos athletes can follow along with. These workouts are suggested for those athletes who have not consistently been involved with the MAX Program or for those who do not feel comfortable with the Workout Program With Equipment. Even though these workouts do not use equipment they are designed to improve the overall strength and speed of an athlete. This 8-week program guides you through every step of the athlete building process. This system is comprehensive and covers all the key areas necessary to make you a better athlete: Warm-ups, Mobility, Speed Training, Strength Training, Performance Nutrition, and Technique.
