Mr. Sand

Special Education Teacher
I come from a family of educators. This allowed me to see the passion and satisfaction a teacher can have when working with children. Working and seeing children succeed is what I enjoy the most about being a teacher, driving me to be a better teacher on a daily basis.

Mrs. Sievers

Special Education
I chose the field of education because I have a strong desire for learning and I want to instill knowledge, creative thinking, and belonging to students who learn differently so that they can become life-long learners and productive citizens. Teaching has allowed me to establish relationships and provide confidence in students which fosters their educational growth and provides a positive foundation for their academic career.

Mrs. Wykoff

Special Education Teacher
I enjoy being a SPED teacher in Jordan because I have the unique opportunity to work with the same students in a small group setting throughout the course of their high school career. Every day I have the opportunity to help students work towards, and achieve their goals. I also enjoy helping students explore and develop their post-secondary plans. The best part of my job is developing relationships and watching students grow from freshman to young adults embarking on the real world.
